2. Processing time

Processing time is the period before your parcel leaves us. It is separate from transit time.

Orders placed on weekends or Hong Kong public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

3. Delivery times and cost

DestinationTransitCost
Hong Kong, Macau1–2 business daysFree over USD 99
Otherwise USD 15
Singapore, Malaysia, Southeast Asia2–4 business days
UAE, Saudi Arabia, GCC3–5 business days
United States, Canada3–6 business days

Transit times are estimates from the date of dispatch and exclude customs delays, which are outside our control.

4. Duties, taxes and customs

Your parcel crosses an international border, so import duty or tax may apply.

Where duties are prepaid (DDP)

For the United Arab Emirates, Singapore and the United States, import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. The price you pay is the final price — nothing further is due on delivery.

All other destinations (DAP)

Duties and taxes are not included and are payable by the recipient to the carrier or customs authority on arrival. Rates are set by your government, not by us, and we cannot calculate them in advance.

Please note: If a parcel is refused because the recipient will not pay the import duties, the order will be treated as a return. The item price will be refunded, but original shipping, return shipping and any customs charges incurred will be deducted.

We are legally required to declare the full commercial value of every shipment. We cannot mark parcels as "gift" or declare a lower value.

5. Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your parcel is dispatched. Tracking usually becomes active within a few hours of collection.

6. Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. We can usually amend an address only before dispatch. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address may incur a re-delivery charge.

All shipments require a signature. We cannot authorise carriers to leave jewellery unattended.

7. Lost or damaged parcels

Every shipment is fully insured while in transit.

8. Destinations we cannot serve

We cannot ship to countries subject to international sanctions, or to destinations where our carriers do not accept jewellery. If we cannot lawfully ship to your address, we will cancel the order and refund you in full.

We do not currently deliver to PO boxes, as a signature is required.

9. Refused or unclaimed parcels

Couriers normally attempt delivery up to three times, then hold the parcel at a local depot for a limited period before returning it to us.

If you know you will not be home, contact the courier using your tracking number to redirect the parcel or hold it for collection. That is always cheaper than letting it come back to Hong Kong.
